Our generous menu features traditional Normandy cuisine and Annette's famous omelettes, the secret recipe for which has been handed down from generation to generation since 1888. Here, every dish is an invitation to savour the history and flavours of Mont.
Heading up the kitchens at Auberge La Mère Poulard, Chef Killian Rosini, one of France's Best Apprentices for 2019, embodies the talent and ambition of the new generation.
Trained to excel, he perpetuates the know-how handed down over more than a century, alongside Executive Chef Christophe Pacheco, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2011 in gourmet cuisine. An exceptional legacy, a guarantee of quality and renewal.
The restaurant is open all year round, Monday to Sunday.
