Its traditional cuisine showcases the flavours of the Normandy region, using fresh seasonal produce and specialities that are emblematic of Mont Saint-Michel. The menu features galettes, sweet crêpes, moules-frites and many other tasty recipes, all served in a cosy, warm atmosphere by the stone fireplace.
The name of the site is a tribute to the famous Captain Surcouf and his corvette La Confiance, which sailed into the bay of Mont Saint-Michel.
The restaurant is open all year round, Monday to Sunday.
